Gold Medallion Necklace with Topaz Stones

Necklace - Sarah Coventry. Very pretty goldtone medallion focal point with filigree spacer links that have topaz rhinestone insets. Medallion is 1 5/8" in diameter. Necklace is about 27" long and is not adjustable. I think this one is an international piece although it marked just SARAH with no country identification. Very good condition although some of the connector rings have lost some of their goldtone finish and look a little silvery in the light.
